Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website kuskaadventures.com and Kuska Uploader, a private tool that Vasquez Pictures ("we") uses to manage its own Kuska Adventures YouTube channel. Kuska Adventures is a show for young children, and we take their privacy seriously.

This website

The website does not ask for, collect or store personal information from anyone, including children. It has no sign-up forms, comments, accounts, advertising, tracking cookies or analytics. It does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from other companies. Like any web host, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Our YouTube videos

Our videos are hosted on YouTube and are marked "Made for Kids". When you watch them on YouTube, YouTube's own privacy policy applies, not this one. YouTube limits data collection on made-for-kids content, for example by turning off personalized ads and comments. See the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

Kuska Uploader (Google API access)

Kuska Uploader is used only by Vasquez Pictures staff to manage the Kuska Adventures channel. It is not offered to the public. With the channel owner's permission, it uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API to:

• upload videos and thumbnails to our own channel, and edit their titles, descriptions, playlists and publishing settings;
• read our own channel's statistics and analytics reports (views, watch time, audience retention and traffic sources).

The tool runs on our own computer. It stores its Google sign-in token only on that computer and does not send it anywhere else. It does not access viewers' personal information, and it does not sell, share or transfer any Google user data to third parties. We use the data only to publish our videos and improve our show. Kuska Uploader's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Kuska Uploader uses YouTube API Services, and by using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You can revoke Kuska Uploader's access at any time on the Google security settings page. When access is revoked or the tool is no longer used, we delete its stored token.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
